Grace Aesthetics is a sole trader business operated by Lauren Kemp, providing advanced aesthetic treatments.

By accessing or using the Grace Aesthetics website (graceaesthetics.co.uk) or booking any treatment, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

A consultation is required before any treatment is carried out. This allows Lauren to assess your suitability for the treatment, discuss your medical history, and create a personalised treatment plan.

Grace Aesthetics reserves the right to decline treatment if, in Lauren's professional judgement, a treatment is not suitable or safe for a client. This decision is final.

You must disclose all relevant medical history, medications, allergies and contraindications honestly and completely. Failure to do so may affect your safety and releases Grace Aesthetics from liability for any adverse outcomes resulting from undisclosed information.

All appointments are booked through Fresha. By booking, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

You must be 18 years of age or over to receive treatments at Grace Aesthetics.

Grace Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who behaves in an inappropriate or threatening manner.

We ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another client.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or failure to attend without notice (a no-show), may result in a cancellation fee or loss of any deposit paid.

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your treatment time may be shortened or your appointment may need to be rescheduled. The full treatment fee remains payable.

All prices are as stated on the Grace Aesthetics website or as confirmed at consultation. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment is due at the time of treatment. Grace Aesthetics reserves the right to amend pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated in advance.

Treatment bundles and prepaid courses are non-refundable once purchased, but are transferable with reasonable notice.

Grace Aesthetics membership is a monthly arrangement providing access to member pricing and priority booking. Membership terms will be confirmed in writing at the point of sign-up.

Grace Aesthetics reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership where these Terms and Conditions are breached.

Unused membership allowances do not roll over between months unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Individual results vary. Grace Aesthetics makes no guarantee of specific outcomes. All treatments are performed with professional care using medical-grade products and techniques, but aesthetic results depend on individual factors including skin type, health, and lifestyle.

Aftercare guidance will be provided following every treatment. It is your responsibility to follow this advice. Grace Aesthetics accepts no liability for adverse outcomes resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment or experience, please contact Lauren directly at hello@graceaesthetics.co.uk as soon as possible. We are committed to resolving any concerns promptly and professionally.

Any complaint regarding a treatment outcome must be raised within 14 days of the treatment date to be considered.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grace Aesthetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the provision of treatments.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
